My training is with ayahuasca, psilocybin, ketamine, LSD, DMT, and MDMA through Double Blind and The Pearl Psychedelic Institute, as well as a number of mentorships and facilitators and integrators groups. Plant medicine has changed my life in countless ways. I quit my volatile relationship with alcohol, the endless cycle of toxic relationships, and fell in love with myself for the very first time. This changed everything... There is life before ceremonial plant medicine, and life after... My background is steeped in years of integration work. I was taught that there are three components to the ritual of plant medicines’ magic. The first is the preparation of the ceremony of the medicine. The second is the ceremony with the medicine. Thirdly, is the integration process. This is where one unpacks all of the downloads and messages that the medicine has generously gifted. Some call this the Awakening process. This precious post-journey is sacred. Often times, the recipient of the medicine has been given a great deal of information. This is where guidance can be crucial in deciphering what has been shown, told and/or felt. This is especially important directly after the journey has physically completed.
