I am an intuitive Alternative Medicine & Healing Practitioner with over a decade of experience guiding individuals through profound physical, emotional, and spiritual transformation. With a B.S. in Nutritional Science and certifications in personal training, NLP, trauma-informed breathwork, hypnosis, the Munay-Ki rites, and shamanic practitioner work, I am dedicated to supporting and offering my presence and sacred space to those feeling called. I am a passionate curious student and seeker of ancient traditions, sacred ways, and timeless wisdom and I love to infuse my sessions, retreats, and containers with this devotion. Rooted in the belief that true healing, awakening, and enlightenment is a sacred inward journey,one we each must choose and own. I offer myself as a sacred space holder for your journey. Through breathwork, energy healing, Zero-Point Activation, plant medicine integration, and intuitive guidance, I support individuals in clearing energetic blockages, reconnecting with their divine essence, and aligning with their soul’s truth, mission, purpose. By deepening our relationship with Mother Earth, plant medicines, and the intelligence of the body, we unlock our innate ability to heal, awaken, and transform. I offer private coaching, activation sessions, integration work, and immersive retreats, and I’m honored to bring my retreat experience into other sacred containers when invited. At the heart of my work is a deep commitment to creating safe, sacred spaces where individuals can heal from within, reclaim their inner wisdom, and embody their fullest potential.
