VIRTUAL FIRE AGREEMENTS

Welcome to the Virtual Fire a sacred space for us all to come together in community, integrity, and accountability. These agreements are guidelines to ensure that we maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all participants, fostering a culture of responsibility, deep listening, and conscious engagement.

1. Integrity & Accountability

  1. Each member is responsible for their own presence, participation, and energy in this space: Be willing to self-reflect and take ownership of your contributions to the space.

  2. We uphold honesty, transparency, and a commitment to self-awareness.

  3. We Uphold ethical engagement and ensure that your actions align with the core values of respect, humility, and integrity.

  4. We agree to limit the scope of our shares to our work with the medicine.

2. Active Listening & Non-Interference

  1. We agree to create this space for mutual reflection, deep witnessing, and intentional listening—not therapy or unsolicited advice.

  2. We agree to listen with the intent to understand, not to respond or fix. Unless explicitly invited to provide reflections, refrain from offering interpretations, corrections, or personal solutions.

  3. We agree to be fully present - avoid multitasking, distractions, or speaking over others. Please use the flame emoji (sharing flame) to indicate your desire to share.

  4.  We agree to refrain from offering guidance to others unless explicitly requested.

3. Therapeutic Boundaries

  1. We agree this space is not a substitute for professional therapy, medical support, or crisis intervention. with only our designated team of coaches and trained professionals providing therapeutic guidance when appropriate.

  2. We agree that if a situation requires deeper support beyond the scope of this space, we direct individuals to the appropriate professional resources.

  3. We do not assume the role of a healer, therapist, or guide unless explicitly entrusted with that responsibility by the community leadership.

4. Confidentiality & Trust

  1. What is shared in the Virtual Village remains within the Virtual Village. This space relies on trust and discretion.

  2. We agree that experiences, struggles, and insights shared by members must be held in the highest confidence.

  3. We avoid sharing stories or personal details of others without explicit permission.

  4. We respect the privacy of all members and refrain from discussing or referencing shared information outside of this space.

5. Respectful and Conscious Communication

  1. We speak with clarity, kindness, and respect using "I" statements to share from personal experience rather than making assumptions or generalizations.

  2. We cultivate an awareness of the impact of words and tone—our language shapes the energetic container of this space.

  3. We ensure that all have a voice by being mindful in how long we share. We foster conversations to ensure that space is equitably shared among participants.

  4. If conflict arises, we agree to approach it with openness, humility, and a willingness to engage in conscious resolution. We acknowledge that the rupture - repair process is necessary and healthy for a growing community.

6.  Our Commitment to the Path includes:

  1. We agree this is a space for those dedicated to integrity within the work of plant medicine.

  2. Engaging with sincerity, humility, and a commitment to personal and collective evolution.

  3. Recognizing that growth requires self-reflection, adaptability, and accountability.

  4. Supporting one another while maintaining personal responsibility for your own healing journey.

  5. Embodying the values of this community in both words and actions, both within and beyond this space.

  6. By participating in the Virtual Fire, you agree to uphold these guidelines and contribute to a container of trust, wisdom, and shared responsibility. Thank you for being part of this sacred space and for your dedication to cultivating an authentic, ethical, and thriving community.

  7. THE PRIVACY AND SAFETY OF OUR VIRTUAL FIRES IS ABSOLUTELY CRUCIAL AND OF THE UTMOST IMPORTANCE TO US ALL HERE IN THIS PORTAL. DO NOT SHARE WHERE OR FROM WHOM YOU RECEIVED ANY PLANT MEDICINES/PSYCHEDELICS THAT ARE NOT FACILITATED IN PLACES WHERE THEY ARE LEGALLY RECOGNIZED FOR YOUR OWN PROTECTION AND THE PROTECTION OF THE FACILITATOR AND THEIR SPACE.

 

By following these guidelines, The Virtual Fire can provide a safe and supportive space for members to share their experiences and insights with one another.
